Lizzie is a birth doula and childbirth educator who has had three hospital births herself (and zero epidurals).
She launched her program for unmedicated hospital birth moms in 2021 after she finally had an empowering unmedicated hospital birth her way.
She helps hundreds of women every year know their rights and have natural physiologic births, even in the hospital.
Her birth program helps moms know their power so that they can birth the way they want to birth, and every day moms are having unmedicated hospital births with the knowledge is power approach.
